Job Vacancy: Team Administrator (Finance)

The New Zealand Commerce and Industry Office (NZCIO) is seeking a Team Administrator (Finance). The role covers finance, general administration works, and support reception and telephonist duties.

The position requires:

  • Previous experience and knowledge of financial operation, preferably diplomatic/multinational/WOFE, to ensure effective, efficient and streamlined processes are in place.
  • Proven experience in a business administration role with a focus on financial management and reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience of finance functions and processes in an office environment.
  • Relevant business or formal tertiary qualifications; major in accounting/finance/business administration is preferred; minimum of an under-graduate degree.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills both in English and Chinese.
  • Competence in the Microsoft Office products.

The starting salary for this position is NTD $780,000 – $910,000 a year depending on qualifications and experience.
